Each day, you’ll get your skills sharpened and fitness pushed in the Paddy Brennan Boxing Academy which is a newly built, state of the art boxing gym with excellent coaches so no matter whether you're new to boxing or an experienced pugilist, this retreat is perfect for you.
Alongside the boxing sessions, each day you'll; haver another activity which ranges from padel, an incredibly scenic hike, bootcamp-style beach workouts, mobility sessions and plenty of fun to keep you moving and motivated.
To balance all of this out when you’re not training, you can unwind by soaking up the Spanish sun by the pool or beach, or explore Javéa’s vibrant charm.
The final night of this retreat we have a white collar fight night hosted by Paddy, the owner of the boxing gym.
You have the option to be matched up and fight if you'd like, if not we will go down to watch and support.
Parts of the training camp and the fight night will be filmed for the Channel 4 show 'New Life in the Sun' which is following Paddy and his journey of moving out to Spain and setting up the gym.
The Retreat is fully catered and all-inclusive except for a couple of meals out at local restaurant's so for what you pay, you don't need to spend much more, just the flights.
